First today, we introduced CNN Student News for the first few minutes of class. Then, students had time to finish their MN Maps - making sure to include each of the items from the list as well as TRACKS when possible.
We also looked at different kinds of maps and projections and what some of the advantages/disadvantages of each are. In addition, students were given the chance to look at a variety of graphs and tables, and see what they can learn from each.
Homework: Take Introductory Online Quiz - Due Thursday, September 18th.
