In class are finishing the Careers Unit before we move on to Sub Saharan Africa. The last step for the Careers Unit is for students to write a one page letter to themselves. They are supposed to pretend they are way in the future, on their retirement day and they are writing to their present day self. In the letter students are to write about what their life was like. It should include information describing their job, salary, and life outside work. The students were assigned a worksheet in class to help them organize all of the career information that they have found so far. The organizer is to be stapled to their letter when it is handed in.
